What we do

Project management, not engineering subcontracting

EDEL Engineering is a project management consultancy dedicated to high-voltage electrical infrastructure: HV substations, data center connections and industrial installations.

We take ownership of the project from contract handover and carry it through to energization: cost and margin control, schedule performance, subcontractor coordination and management of the interfaces between customer, suppliers, site teams and engineering.

We work professionally in both French and English, in France and internationally.

A full assignment, or any single scope depending on how your project is organised.

Contract & cost management

Contract handover after award, budget follow-up, cost and margin control, variation orders, progress and financial performance reporting.

Scheduling & procurement

Project scheduling, procurement management and long-lead equipment coordination, securing the critical milestones.

Coordination & interfaces

Management of 5 to 10 subcontractors and suppliers, and of the customer, site, engineering and technical stakeholder interfaces.

Site execution, HSE & quality

Coordination of testing and commissioning, punch list close-out and support all the way to energization.

  • Civil works on HV substations, transmission system operator

    Around 15 operations per year, from €150K to €1M: transformer oil containment and drainage systems, covering design review, tendering, contractor selection and construction delivery.
